First you materialize on a convader belt hold down R to get through the flames with ease then at the end of the belt go to the right and there will be two sharp claws there defeat both of them then go down and defeat another and A life force door should open go back a bit then go to the right and a boost pad should be there crawl unde the wall on to the snow ball track shoot a flame at the symbol on the wall of the right of the flames at the bottem get the key in the chest back track off the snow ball track under the wall go back to the life force door and this time go to the right on to a path and avoid the flames go to trickys cell unlock him then avoid the flames behind you and jump from the ledge to the track and go back to the area where the life force door and use trickys flames to melt the ice do the same as you did tricky except to the gate keeper's daughter's cell she will smash the wall turn around to the right use trickys find then go through the tunnel and use the flame blaster and point up there should be three salagtites with green in them shoot them down and a path should form jump across to a switch and pull it and ice bergs shoulod float down the falls go up and use the boost pad to go up and jump acorss to a door way and go through it You should see a block push it down the path way and a platform should form got to the other door way then follow the path to the bottem then go to a ladder and pick up the barrel at the bottem of the path wich by the way has falling barrels (reminds you of donkey kong huh) pick up the fuel barrel and head up dogeing barrels there is a pad with a picture of a fuel barrel set the barrel on it then go up the ladder on the right the pull the switch and the sucker thingy will activate pick up the barrel once it gets up there go across the bridge and doge flames throw the barrel at the crack in the wall go in and do the thingy in there to lowwer the bridge at the top of the barrel track go a cross and pull the switch over there and a bridge will fall in front of a cannon defeat a dino up there and seize the cannon shoot two x's on the wall and two plat forms will appear in front of a warp pad it will warp you to the boss of dark ice moutain
